If the bot leaves your server, your subscription slot is held. You can still request a transfer at any time as long as you haven't used your one transfer already. Make a ticket in the Discord Server to proceed.
No. As per our policy, you are only permitted one transfer per subscription. You will have to purchase another subscription for the new server.
No. To transfer the bot you must be the original customer we have on record. We hold the right to refuse any transfer that isn't requested by the original customer.
If you stop your monthly subscription, the bot will be removed from your server at the end of your current billing period. Your configuration and data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
