01 Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") sets out the conditions under which drown, its team, and affiliated entities (collectively "drown," "we," "us," or "our") will consider and process refund requests. By completing any purchase of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
We take refund requests seriously and review every case individually. However, all purchases are considered final unless they meet the specific criteria described below.
02 Refund Window
2.1Refund requests are only considered if submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. Any request submitted after this window will be automatically declined, regardless of circumstance.
2.2The 24-hour window begins at the moment the payment is confirmed and your server is whitelisted — not at the time the request is submitted.
2.3Approval of a refund request within the eligible window is not guaranteed. All requests are evaluated against the ineligibility criteria in Section 3 before a decision is made.
The refund window is strict. We recommend reviewing all features and pricing in our FAQ before completing your purchase.
03 Ineligibility Criteria
3.1We reserve the right to deny any refund request. No refund shall be issued under any of the following conditions:
- a.Any command, feature, or functionality of the Bot has been used or tested by the purchaser or any member of the purchaser's server following activation;
- b.The 24-hour refund window has elapsed since the time of purchase confirmation;
- c.The request involves a duplicate purchase for a server that was already whitelisted — in such cases, the subscription will be applied to an additional server instead;
- d.The purchaser or any associated account has engaged in disrespectful, abusive, or threatening conduct toward drown staff, moderators, or support team members;
- e.The purchaser is found to have violated any rule of the drown Community Discord Server at any point following payment;
- f.The purchaser is currently blacklisted from any of drown's service platforms;
- g.The refund request appears to be submitted with malicious intent, including but not limited to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute prior to contacting support;
- h.The request contains materially false, misleading, or omitted information.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in permanent termination of access to all drown services and may be subject to further action.
04 How to Request a Refund
4.1To submit a refund request, open a support ticket in our Discord Server within the 24-hour window. Requests submitted through any other channel will not be considered.
4.2Your ticket must include: your Discord username and ID, the server name and ID that was whitelisted, your proof of payment, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
4.3Incomplete submissions may be declined without further review. Ensure all required information is included before submitting.
05 Processing & Outcomes
5.1Approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
5.2Upon approval, the Bot will be removed from the associated server immediately and the subscription will be terminated with no grace period.
5.3drown's decision on any refund request is final. We do not offer appeals or re-reviews of declined requests.
5.4Processing time for approved refunds may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking between 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
06 Policy Amendments
6.1drown reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page with an updated effective date.
6.2Continued use of the Services following any modification to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
6.3Violations of our Terms of Service, including this Policy, may result in permanent termination of access to all drown services and any associated accounts.
